Things have calmed down with the transition to FXServer and we can finally provide you with this nice update.

- Vehicle repair kits. These can be purchased at any market. Using a vehicle repair kit will fully repair your vehicle. (Menu -> Repair Vehicle)
- Vehicle custimization/upgrades restriction for police vehicles
- Police CVPI, Explorer '13, Explorer '16
- EMS SUV (Tahoe)
- Rank restrictions for police and EMS vehicles
- Custom handling for all vehicles
- Cruise control (Y to toggle, W to accelerate, S to slowdown/turn off)
- Fire extinguisher for EMS
- Flashlight for civs (at gunshops)
- Yell voice volume. ~ to cycle voice volume (default->whisper->yell)

Changed
- You must now be outside of the vehicle to access the trunk
- Requesting a medic will increase your bleedout time by 5 minutes
- Texture on Police charger and Slicktop Tahoe
- Markets item prices adjusted
- Admin and Police (empty menus) will not show to non police/admin
- Attack abilities suspended while 1 minute window is displayed

Fixed
- No cops being able to access cop weapons shop
- Steam authentication issue for new players
- New players won't join starving/thirsty
- Able to trash all items
- Hair color for MP models will be saved

Removed
- Ability to repair vehicles at garages and ls customs. You can still do the free road side repair (does not fully repair the vehicle, you need a vehicle repair kit to fully repair)

A lot of longer term issues and FX problems have been resolved. Vehicle handling/repairing are going to take a bit of time to adjust to! The fact is people were abusing free repairs (especially during police chases) so we had to make adjustments. As always we value everyones feedback and will keep an eye on our changes and adjust as needed. Thanks!

This is just my opinion and not that big of a deal that I would make a suggestion post of it but I just think that the cars at the moment are a bit too durable. Like, if you in real life crash a car to a rock while driving 80 mph, it shouldn't move after that. This is just what I think. :)

Some of the vehicles seem a little more durable than others. Some vehicles are in a perfect spot but there are a few we need to adjust for sure! Same can be said for handling, bikes need adjusted and a few cars need modified

I like that cars can't be repaired at the garages cause it gives the opportunity for people to do some freelancing mechanic jobs, eventually a tow-truck service as a job at the job-center. On the other hand, is there any chance that at some point there are some spots where you can fix the cars (in driveable condition but a little messed up) and pay for it?

Why add locations when you can pay a little bit for a repair kit and repair anywhere you need to? Youll always be able to do a light repair so your car is driveable but for a full repair youll need to buy a repair kit. Dont know if its worth adding locations arouns the map to do less than a repair kit can (these locations would be static where a repair kit works anywhere)

It's sad that people already started to realize they only need to put their car back to garage and spawn again to get free repairs :/

I am fine with this for now. The main concern was people driving through circle during cop chase and just quick repairing. For them to store a vehicle during a police chase would fall under combat logging.
