Request: Services calls appear in the chat log

Recommended Posts

Currently any calls/txt sent to PD, taxi, tow... and if ever happens EMS...  do show on the top right with the F1,F2 option. Sometimes when busy driving or responding, there is no time to read them if several come together. @Serpico would it be possible to show them on the chat log of the players that should receive that call?   By that I mean the place where /tweets and /ooc appear.

It's also very useful for when finished the current call if there are more pending, one could just check the log and see what they are about instead of going to markers on the map without a clue because there was no time to read it. After all, makes sense that dispatch messages get logged for officers, ems, or any service that uses computers or smart phones. Since here we can't just call to dispatch and tell them to repeat the info.

And if it can be done, Is that a feature that belong Services (PD,EMS,Taxi,Tow,...) would like?

You can go to your pause menu and find the notification to see what the message says.

For example, Taxi calls give the location of where the call came in. If they added a message, all you would have to do is find that mark on the map and click it to read the message on the right hand side of your screen.

If the calls are too long, they won't show. People like to write a story in police 911s and they don't show at all in the esc menu
