Tom Kamperman Posted January 3, 2019 Report Share Posted January 3, 2019 (edited) I think just because the bad guy does an felony he gets a ride to the hospital then jail time....I think the PD needs felony cuffs that they can put on the down bad guy so when he gos in to the light he get the mandatory time too....
