Does fuel price change at all with storms, r they are always static and the same (location based)?
Where can electric cars be recharged?

And about housing. Are players allowed to buy both, or only one of them?

Storms have no effect. Price is randomized by the location.
Electric cars can be recharge at gas stations in the green circle

Not too happy about this one to be fair. All it does is create lag, especially within Sandy Shores. Houses are floating, skateramp is floating, helipad you can't acces that's ontop of a roof. Lot's of houses/apartments don't fit in the Sandy Shore area.

Nonetheless the other updates are good.

I have to agree a bit with @Freebird  GTA is quite well optimized. At sandy shores you can see land in all directions that's why the density of buildings is lower. Adding that density of buildings will create lag for those that don't run high end computers, and in a community big as this one might be quite a bit.

The map already has Paleto bay with more density of buildings (big mountain and water makes it more simple to render and that's why it's possible). And that area is been left out RP wise mostly, when it's a good one. Just mentioning Paleto since maybe that was the reason to increase buildings at Sandy.

The rest of the map mods are small and don't affect performance of most of the users, and actually have a more clear function Rp wise.
