The use of the stretcher could be for players needing transport to the hospital. It could possibly be stored in the ambulance pulled out player put on stretcher then the stretcher put into the ambulance with the player on it. For RP purposes, it would be nice to actually move the patients with any of these instead of just walking with them (when we need to drag them either away from a scene or into/out of the car to transport to hospital).
