Tom Kamperman
With addiction in our city I think EMS and Police should get free healthcare (get treatment) at the hospitals. We can't have our LSPD and EMS blacking out behind the wheel of their cars. So they would only have this on-duty.
Porkinator
Anyone clocking onto EMS or PD should get their addiction treated before clocking in. You wouldn't show up to work drunk. Being high on meth, etc should be no different. Â As for the free treatment. We already as whitelisted members get free repairs whilst on duty. I feel the 500 is a fair price and helps keep the balance Edited November 30, 2018 by Jordan.S
Flori
I think he is referring to when we need to heal during our shift and take pills... i have been thinking about this too @Tom Kamperman
ImVexal
100% Agree with this. As an officer, I get shot at left right and centre. If I'm going 80+ past a populated area and blackout I could kill people. There needs to be something to counter pills for the government agencies or something less addictive.
Porkinator
I misunderstood where you were coming from Tom. I do agree that PD and EMS needs something that doesn't give us addiction, whilst on duty. I still think there is no need to make anything free though. Possibly a car crash or fire fight. Maybe I am waaay too far from a hospital. You can get addicted pretty easily so I've been told. Off duty I simply smoke joints because no addiction.. Hah.. That would encourage on duty EMS/PD to seek out medical treatment more than just pumping pills. Not going to lie I wish EMS could come treat wounds.. like a medkit could also heal you.. for more PD/EMS interactions and less addictions on duty. DanielBos
It isnt hard to NOT become addicted to pills. I dont think this sound be a think if you monitor your intake.

Victor
It does create fun RP though. I have had police officers coming to cure their pill addiction and guess what Drug Testing Kit showed me...
TiLLeR
It better show that they are taking care of their off duty addictions before going on duty
Tom Kamperman
This is about taking pills on-duty then getting addicted on that same shift and blacking out because of the addiction. So if they could get free healthcare (get treatment) they won't need to use the pills on-duty but yes come to work clean of addiction.... r3v0Lt55
Just smoke weed on duty and you won't have these nasty side effects. We can call that Puff Puff Pass Healthcare!

Dimsumyo618
Weed is a strange subject. There are medical marijuana shops in Los Santos so it is technically legal. Maybe there could be like a 3 joint maximum on a person before it's not considered "personal consumption" anymore and intent to distribute? Penny Lane
In case you havent seen it, there was a protest in City 2 the other day and I'd really appreciate your thoughts on the thread about it -Â https://badlandsrp.com/topic/7117-serpickle-berry-vs-pills-the-health-debate/ Â Â Â
