vDrop Posted April 11, 2019 Report Share Posted April 11, 2019 Regarding Serps PD remark, If there is already a suspect in the holding cell, I'll do all my processing in the interrogation room and make the deals there, once I finalize what the fine / time will be, I'll move to the suspect back into the cell area and just send them away pending what the deal was.
