Smojo
I think a online status in our phone contacts would be awesome. My conversations with some of my friends on the server look like this Me: You in the city? 8 hours later Friend : Yeah i am now 9 hours later Me : Yo im in you here? 6 hours later : Friend : Hey man im in, you busy? 7 hours later: Me: Yo whats up you awake? An online indicator or last active indicator would eliminate pointless text back in forth that last for days whether or not someone is in the city or not....gets annoying Also, maybe a way to communicate with someone else who is in another server, idk if this is possible, but would be cool. Thoughts???
George Cahill
Firstly, if they don't respond they are asleep, and you'd know they are not on the server when they don't reply. I don't think the status is needed, but I see your point. Secondly, why would you need to communicate across the servers?
Serpico
Think this is a pass. Also, cross server calling/messaging won't be a thing for obvious reasons.
Smojo
well if they dont reply i know their sleep after a few hours of not replying, but i wouldn't have to ask if their sleep if i seen an [offline] tag, saves allot of time and frustration when a week goes by and you've sent the same text to each other over and over again. you up? you up? you up? you up? you up? Rather see a [offline] tag and know for sure they are not in the city. So why ask if they are up.
Mr Chow
I get what you mean but sometimes I text my friends and they donât reply, sometimes they are asleep. From an immersion point of view not know if they are in the city or not isnât all bad.
