Popular Post speed
The economy is expanding, and businesses are looking to increase their presence in the city. Player (business) owned shops are here! Meanwhile, the financial crimes division of the FIB has taken recent interest in Los Santos and tasked the LSPD to squander the unusual amounts of unreported income and money laundering. Work together with other players and businesses to hide your illegal income, while maximizing profit! Added - Player (business) owned shops - Dirty money - must be laundered through a player owned shop - Share vehicle keys.    - In the vehicle menu, you will have an option to "Give Keys".    - The person that gets a copy will be able to toggle the locks and engine. They will not have access to the trunk.    - To receive keys, you require a Key Chain (purchased from a market).    - If you die or drop the Key Chain, you lose all the keys given to you.    - Police can revoke all keys given to you. Police search will show what shared keys you have.    - You cannot give keys that are given to you. Only the vehicle owner can.    - Keys wipe when you disconnect or server restart. Changed - Increased sell prices of cocaine/meth - Pure cocaine is now sold to NPCs, like weed/meth - Cocaine and Meth sales will now return a portion of the sale as dirty money - Store robberies now require a safe cracking kit - Store robberies now offer a slightly higher reward - Delivery job can now randomly be assigned to deliver food/drink packs to player owned shops - Markets now purchase items for 90% of their original value - Several markets replaced with liquor stores - Drug/Cash object will be visible in your hands when selling drugs. - Handling for new DLC vehicles. - SMG and Shotgun will be visible on an officer's back if they have one. - No unlimited stamina if you have an SMG or Shotgun on your player. Rack it up. - Can't exit vehicle while dead Fixed - Re-implemented weapons scripts post fixing lethal taser. - Fuel cans won't trigger gunshot alerts. - /carmod for LSFD - Never ending loop when dropping items - Tweak to prevent an issue where cops could not send patients to the hospital - Tweak to minimize the chance of dying when spawning in interiors - Fast refuel exploit - Disable selfie for broken ped model (only 1 known) - Spelling error label Shop Notes - Businesses owners/employees can:    - Rent shops. Rent is a one time payment that is subtracted from the business account, and will give employees access to the business for the duration of the server cycle. Rent prices decrease as the storm approaches    - Create listings for items, and set their price    - Add item inventory. Keep your shops stocked, otherwise players will not be able to purchase your items    - Purchase/deposit inventory packs from the business (adds 20 food/water to shop). Note: food/drink packs are sold separately by markets and can not be directly added to the shop    - Withdraw cash from the safe    - Toggle whether the shop accepts dirty money or not. Dirty money becomes "clean" as soon as it enters the safe. - Civilians can:    - Purchase items from the shop, can use dirty money (if shop is not owned by your business, and if it accepts dirty money)    - Rob player owned shops. The reward will be deducted from the shop safe. - Police can:    - Receive notifications on occasion when dirty money is being used at shops    - Check which business is renting a shop    - Check shops for unreported income by searching the owner ID at PD    - Raid shops that are committing financial crimes (closes the shop for the remainder of the server cycle, removes all current items and money from shop) - Delivery drivers can:    - Deliver food/drink packs to shops. This adds 5 food or drink to the shop per pack delivered. - Misc notes:    - Tequi-La-La and Bahama Mamas can also be rented (for a reduced price), however, these locations are purely meant for RP. As such, they can not accept dirty money or be robbed. Edited September 7, 2018 by Serpico 8
speed
One thing I do want to note: Shops are likely going to struggle to make a profit at first. I've done the best I can to add sources of income and "government subsidies" for shops, but there's potential or much more, and I'll be watching closely. Please give us your feedback and ideas on what you would like to see to make shops more profitable and fun to own! Also, many thanks to @Serpico for the huge amount of bugs he's fixed in this patch, and @Osk for all of his work with the recent vehicle changes.

Purchase items from a player owned shop (does not need to be yours) and resell them to markets, or sell the dirty money itself to someone who can handle it
Serena
Awesome patch! Love it. Lots to still learn, but I must say it's quite annoying to have to always move away, then back onto the circle in order to add more inventory... It would also be awesome to somehow see current inventory so we know if we're low and need to restock? If the owner leaves the city for whatever reason and doesn't come back until the next storm, what happens to the cash? What happens to the store they rented? What about the stock? Is there a way to remove stock in order to be used at a later date, perhaps because no employees or business owner can remain in the city for previously anticipated time? Menu will likely be updated at some point to address that, but there's reasons why it is the way it is. I actually meant to add inventory count to the shop, just forgot The safe can be accessed by any employees, so the best thing to do would be for them to monitor it. Inventory/cash in safe will be lost on server restart. Purchasing your own items would be the current way to get your inventory back, then just withdraw the money from the safe again. I may add a method to withdraw inventory, pending exploit testing etc.

Does the shop get reset and is available to rent by others? Â Edited September 8, 2018 by Serena

speed
Hotfix: - The menu for creating listings/adding inventory is now more user friendly (no more walking in/out of the circle to add items) - The storefront will now show the amount of each item it has in stock - Back end performance optimization 4

Tomas GarcÃa
One thing I don't get is the dirty money as something in the inventory. I understand that's so you don't put it on the bank since it would trigger the IRS or something. But will cops patting you down be able to tell that you have dirty money? Because after all dirty money is just cash, bills, not special bills with dirt  2
