Patch 2.9

Added
- More planes for sale. Images will be added in a hotfix.
- Police can revive a player at the hostpital (check your SOP). Can only be used when no EMS are on duty or if EMS is on duty, the patient must be EMS. Bring the patient to a treatment area and select the option for treatment. The player will be sent away and return back when fully treated. Thank you @Brendan Thomson
- More lights along some roads and HWY
- EMS Medkits now have a failure rate, upon failure the patient must be transported to the hospital. You can load the patient into your ambulance. Hospital treatment works as described above. See your SOP's for more info if needed.
- Police can reverse search a phone number at Mission Row computer
- Drug zone. Remaining in the same zone/neighbourhood will maintain maximum profits, however if you change zones frequently, you will be selling your drug for less as you need to undercut the competition.

- Air vehicle engine toggle is now L. G will still work for landing gear
- Admin announcements moved to admin menu
- Parachute marker to match other marker style

- When someone uses an Item Disablement Kit on you, you will lose the ability to use your phone. Visit a gunstore to repair your items and phone.
